Tangy Orange Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 to 2 tsp. grated orange rind
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    1 1/3 c. rice
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add celery and onion.
    Cook until tender but not browned.
    Add rice, salt, sugar, water and orange juice.
    Cook until tender by bringing to a boil, then reducing heat.
    Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Stir and add orange rind.
    Serve with ham, duck or chicken.
