Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. instant rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saut onions in skillet.
    Add broccoli; heat until broccoli is thawed, stirring frequently.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
