Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 stick margarine
    1 chopped onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can mushrooms (if desired)
    Ritz crackers, crumbled
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Saute the broccoli and onion in melted margarine.
    When tender, mix with cooked rice, soup, Cheez Whiz and canned mushrooms.
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers that have been mixed with the melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
