Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 (3 1/2 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, beat in milk, flour and coconut.
    Pour into 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
