Tortilla Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. 8 soft flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 can green chili peppers, chopped
1 can green chili enchilada sauce
1 lb. American or Velveeta cheese
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chili
Preparation

Brown beef, seasoned with salt and pepper, garlic powder and cumin.
Simmer.
Add soups, sauce and pepper.
Layer in casserole dish the crumbled tortillas, beef mixture and cheese, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
