Frying Pan Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. potatoes, cut into strips
2 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. finely cut celery
1/2 c. water (more might be needed)
Preparation

Fry the hamburger and onion until it changes color, then add the potatoes, cabbage and celery.
Sprinkle it with salt and pepper and add the water.
Cover and simmer it for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are done.
