Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. white corn syrup
3/4 c. water
3 egg whites
oleo
maraschino cherries
chocolate for coating

Preparation

Cook sugar, corn syrup and water two notches above 265\u00b0 (hard ball stage).
Set off heat and let set until it stops bubbling.
