Cheesy Beer Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 garlic clove (minced)
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 lb. Velveeta (cubed)
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. beer
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Few drops hot pepper sauce
    Green onions (sliced)
Preparation
    Cook and stir onion and garlic in margarine in large saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.
    Reduce heat to medium-low.
    Add cheese, milk, beer, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
