Carrot Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium fresh carrots, cut (1 lb.)
    1 medium head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Arrange carrots in ungreased baking dish. layer cauliflowerets over carrots.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Cover and bake until vegetables are tender, 50 to 55 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
