Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    3 eggs
    enough milk to make 1 1/2 c. with the eggs
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add enough milk to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Add dried onion.
    Drain spinach well.
    Spread in bottom of baked pie shell. Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
