Little Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat cream cheese in bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar, egg and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Fill 6 lined muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 30 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean.
    Serve plain or with fruit.
