Chunky Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. lean beef, cut in small cubes
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with vegetable pan spray.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake for 2 hours.
    Water may be added, if desired.
