Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 c. English walnuts
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 medium apple, cored and chopped
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Heat cranberries, sugar and water to boiling, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in other ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Serves 10 to 12.
