Pumpkin Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 full wafer graham crackers
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat 2 beaten eggs, sugar and cream cheese together and pour over crust.
    Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Cook until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 envelope unflavored gelatin which has been dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Cool.
    Beat 3 egg whites, add 1/4 cup sugar.
    Beat again.
    Fold into cooled pumpkin mixture.
    Pour over cooled crust and chill for 1 hour.
    Great with Cool Whip.
