Vegetarian Refried Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. dry pinto beans
    3 yellow onions
    5 stalks celery
    2 bell peppers
    10 cloves garlic
    15 chili peppers (assorted types: Fresno, long green, jalapeno, depending on how hot you like the beans)
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large bunch cilantro
Preparation
    Soak the beans overnight or bring to a boil.
    Cover and let stand for an hour.
    Drain.
    Cover beans with water.
    Bring to a boil and lower for a continual simmer.
