Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    1 onion
    3 carrots
    1 bell pepper
    soy sauce
    stir-fry sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 pkg. chicken strips (you may use beef, pork, shrimp or all 4)
    1/4 c. oil
    rice or Oodles of Noodles
Preparation
    Clean chicken and cut into cubes.
    Saute in soy sauce.
    Put 1/4 cup of oil in frying pan.
    Add chicken.
    Cook chicken until done.
    Add chopped vegetables.
    Add water and stir-fry sauce. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
