Apple Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage meat
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. finely chopped apples
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix with fork.
Press into a small greased rind mold.
Bake on a cookie sheet to avoid splatters. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Drain off excess fat.
