Sweet And Sour Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple tidbits
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    1/3 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. each cornstarch and brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    5 hot dogs, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Dissolve bouillon in hot water. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, bouillon and 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice. Stir until smooth; set aside.
