Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches spinach leaves, torn like lettuce (remove large stems)
    1 c. watercress (optional)
    6 strips crisp bacon
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
Preparation
    Place spinach leaves in salad bowl and toss with dressing. Just before serving, crumble bacon and sprinkle over top along with the hard-boiled eggs.
