Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans mixed vegetables
2 cans beef broth
2 cans Italian style tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
oregano to taste
2 c. water
1 c. dry egg noodles
Preparation
-
Brown beef with onion and drain.
Add vegetables, broth, tomatoes, water and spices.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add noodles. Simmer 10 minutes.
Serve.
