Cottage Cheese Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cumin seed (optional)
1 medium onion
1 green chili
pinch of baking soda
1/2 c. cilantro or parsley leaves
oil (for deep frying)
Preparation

Chop the onion and pepper into small pieces.
Chop cilantro or parsley leaves finely.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
