Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 c. sugar
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 large onion (1 c.)
    1 small bell pepper, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel carrots and cook slightly.
    Heat all ingredients and pour over carrots; cover.
    Will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
