Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Place in baking pan.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over pork chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
