Low-Fat Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole large chicken breasts, halved
    3 c. crushed corn flakes
    seasoned salt (may use Mrs. Dash or No-salt)
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken breasts; rinse and pat dry.
    Brush chicken with skim milk; roll in crumb mixture and coat both sides. Place chicken, meat-side up, on a foil-lined baking dish.
    Season with salt if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
