Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, boiled and drained or 1 1/2 to 2 c. fresh broccoli, steamed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 c. diced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Blend last 4 ingredients.
    Fold in broccoli.
    Put into a casserole dish.
    Top with 1 cup crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
