Individual Pot Roast(No Pot, No Plate) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. London broil
1 medium potato
2 squirts Gravy Master
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 handful frozen peas
1 squirt or individual pack of catsup
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut meat into strips; dice potato.
Pile everything on 1 (10 x 12-inch) piece aluminum foil and seal tightly.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven or closed grill for 45 minutes, turning at least once.
Eat with spoon or pour off juices and eat with fingers.
May be prepared and frozen ahead of time for camping or sailing.
Store in cooler and cook when conditions allow.
Makes 1 serving.
