Wild Duck Delite - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole ducks (1 1/2 to 2 lb. each; 3 to 4 lb. total)
    4 white potatoes (2 lb.)
    2 onions (1 lb.)
    2 qt. water
    4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Take ducks and split down backs.
    Put potatoes and onions in carcasses.
    Put salt and pepper on.
    Mix Texas Pete and Worcestershire sauce; put on ducks.
    Wrap all in aluminum foil; put in oven and bake for 8 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Will serve 3 to 4 people.
