Low-Fat Muffins(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. bran
1/4 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. molasses
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in a little water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into muffin pans, using either a nonstick pan or paper liners.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
