Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
dash of salt
2 c. plain flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 can Angel Flake coconut
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Cream together Crisco and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
Add flavoring and coconut. Pour into Bundt or tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
