Creole Style Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with flour.
    Brown slowly in fat.
    Add tomatoes, chopped green pepper, chopped onion and salt.
    Simmer 1 hour about 350\u00b0 in oven.
    Serve over cooked macaroni.
