Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated or chopped raw zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. or less cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, vanilla, sugar and vegetable oil.
    Sift together baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with 2 cups grated or chopped raw zucchini (unpeeled) to egg mixture.
    One cup of nuts may be added.
    Bake in Bundt pan or two loaf pans for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
