Grilled Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
    3 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Arrange sweet potatoes in a steamer basket; place over boiling water, cover and steam 5 to 7 minutes.
    Combine soy sauce and next 4 ingredients in a shallow dish.
    Add sweet potatoes and toss gently.
    Drain sweet potatoes, reserving soy sauce mixture.
