Summer Sausage 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. tender quick
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. whole pepper corns
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly and shape into 3 rolls. Chill 24 hours. Bake on rack in preheated 250\u00b0 oven for approximately 3 1/2 hours.
