Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
    Stir in sugar and pumpkin.
    Sift together flour, spices and baking powder.
    Fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Spread into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Top with 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out on towel.
    Roll and cool.
    Unroll.
    Spread filling over roll and roll again.
    Chill and serve.
