Simply Italian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. basil
5 large mushrooms
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1 pkg. mixed vegetables, frozen
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, basil, mushrooms and tomatoes; cook 5 minutes.
Add vegetables, salt and pepper.
Cook approximately 10 minutes; stir often until tender, but crisp.
Pour over cooked pasta; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
