Ingredients

1 bag spinach, washed and torn into pieces
1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. bean sprouts, drained
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
