Hearty Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 c. hot water
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 (15 oz.) cans small pinto beans
    taco chips
    1 (16 oz.) can corn or frozen
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat in Dutch oven with green pepper and onion.
    Add to beef the tomatoes, beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Put taco chips in each bowl.
    Add soup and top with grated cheese.
