Country Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 or 3 lb. country style pork chops
    No. 3 can sauerkraut
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Spread sauerkraut over the bottom of a Dutch oven.
    Sprinkle seeds on top.
    Salt and pepper the meat to taste and lay on top of the kraut.
    Put on cover and bake at 325\u00b0 at least 3 1/2 hours (remove the cover the last 1/2 hour).
    Serve with cold applesauce and jalapeno corn bread
