Pink Peanut Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. red food coloring

Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup, water and peanuts.
Cook until it forms a soft ball.
Add vanilla and food coloring.
Beat until it begins to get stiff, then drop on waxed paper.
