Bacon And Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 medium yellow onions, sliced
2 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/8 tsp. white pepper
3 c. milk
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. half and half or light cream
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Melt butter (margarine).
Add sliced onion (do not brown). Cook gently.
Add potatoes and white pepper.
Pour milk and broth over potatoes.
Cover and cook gently for 20 to 25 minutes, or until potatoes are very tender.
