Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 oz. uncooked rice
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 cans water
Preparation
    Mix together meat, eggs and salt.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and roll in raw rice to coat.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Mix together the tomato paste and water; pour over meatballs.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours, or until rice is tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serves 8.
