Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size eggplant
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    Italian bread crumbs
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    tomato sauce
    grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Slice
    eggplant and dip in egg mixture, then in other mixture.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Place in baking dish and cover with sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
