Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
