Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 lb. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and bell pepper together.
    Place mixture in 1-quart casserole.
    Mix 1/2 can of water with soup.
    Pour over beef mixture.
    Place Tater Tots on top and press down.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
