Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey cutlets
    butter
    salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Slice turkey breast or use turkey cutlets already sliced. Roll in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Fry in butter, adding butter often to keep from burning.
    Cook slowly until cooked fully.
