Coleslaw Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
3 c. shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. diced pimiento
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water and vinegar.
Stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and onion, blending thoroughly.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in cabbage, pimiento and parsley.
Pour into 4-cup mold or serving bowl. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Unmold.
