Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 box Minute rice
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, using only 1/2 of a can of tomato sauce together.
    Make into balls about the size of an orange.
    Place the balls in a Pyrex dish and pour the remaining tomato sauce over the balls.
    Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
