Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 egg
    1 can cream style corn
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. hamburger meat, cooked but not browned
    1 (8 oz.) colby cheese, grated
    2 medium onions, chopped
    jalapeno peppers, diced (as desired)
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, egg, creamed corn and milk.
    Add 1 lb. cooked (not browned) hamburger meat, cheese, onion and peppers.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into a hot oiled iron skillet and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 425 to 450\u00b0.
    Serves 6-8.
