Decadent Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. popped corn (3 bags microwave)
    2 c. pecan halves
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place pecans and popped corn in large shallow pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan over low heat; stir in brown sugar and honey.
    Increase heat to medium and bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil mixture gently for 5 minutes without stirring.
    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
    Pour mixture over nuts/popcorn; stir until coated.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Store in airtight container.
