Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
dash of pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
Preparation

Combine beef, bread crumbs, instant milk, onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
Press onto bottom of 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup shredded cheese.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over cheese.
Spread mashed potatoes over top.
Dot with remaining cheese.
Return to oven until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes).
